Placenta Encapsulation is the practice and tradition of ingesting the placenta after it has been properly processed and made into capsules. It is taken by the birthing person and known to have numerous health benefits.
Lactation Support & Counseling
A lactation counselor helps the mother-baby dyad to create a lasting, loving and regenerative breastfeeding relationship. I am here to help families overcome any obstacles or challenges that are in the way of a smooth, pain-free and oxytocin-rich breastfeeding experience. I provide hands-on education, observation, a listening ear, and solid & timely plan of action that uniquely meets your family’s needs and goals.
